We schedule a call within 1-2 business days to understand your goals and answer questions.

Decision

You receive feedback within 1 business day after the call if it is a fit for the program.

Formal onboarding

Selected companies complete the onboarding and prepare for the September 2026 cohort start.

Common questions

Short answers to the questions teams usually ask before applying.

The program is designed for Berlin-based startups, SMEs, and impact-driven companies that want to move from experimenting with AI to implementing useful workflows in marketing, operations, research, and growth.

Most teams should plan around 4 to 6 hours per week for masterclasses, monthly challenges, Knowledge Hub resources, and implementation work. The goal is to connect the work directly to your business instead of creating extra side projects.

You receive direct support from the program team to identify relevant use cases, choose tools, build workflows, and keep implementation moving throughout the six months.

The next funded cohort starts in September 2026. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and funded seats are limited.

The normal program price is EUR 7,999 net. ESF and EU-backed support reduces the regular funded price to EUR 1,999 net for eligible companies. There is also an early bird price of EUR 1,499 net until 15 July.

Yes. Impact companies and early-stage founders may qualify for special discount rates and grants and should contact Berlin Startup School directly to discuss eligibility.

Yes. The program works best when the right internal stakeholders are involved, for example a founder plus a marketing, operations, or growth lead.
