A 6-month Berlin Startup School program for startups and SMEs that want to implement AI in real workflows, marketing, operations, and growth.
This is what you get in six months
The program is built around measurable progress inside your company: workflows shipped, tools adopted, and a team that knows what to do next.

The AI Growth Content
Every format has one job: help your team move from ideas to useful implementation.
A carefully selected peer group of founders, operators, and teams learning from one another across six months.
Bi-weekly sessions with AI practitioners and startup operators focused on concrete use cases.
Direct support from the program team to translate AI opportunities into workflows your company can actually use.
Monthly challenges guide implementation inside your company, supported by the Knowledge Hub with tool assessments, tutorials, session recordings, resources, and practical AI implementation guides.
The Schedule
The exact focus can adapt to the needs of the cohort, but the journey is designed to build momentum step by step.
Build a shared understanding of AI and where it creates real business value. Teams leave with a practical mindset for using AI responsibly and productively.
Explore the AI tool landscape and decide which tools fit your team, data, and workflows. The focus is integration into daily work, not adding more software noise.
Use AI to turn research, customer signals, and market data into better decisions. Teams learn how to structure inputs, summarize insights, and spot opportunities faster.
Design repeatable automations that reduce manual bottlenecks and free up operational capacity. The month focuses on useful, controlled workflows your team can maintain.
Build AI-supported content systems for planning, creation, repurposing, and publishing. Teams learn to keep quality and brand voice intact while increasing output.
Apply AI to campaign testing, audience insights, analytics, and growth loops. The program closes with clear priorities for scaling what works after the cohort.

Founder, Codressing
"The program introduced me to automation tools like n8n, which we now use to streamline our customer communications. Abinav and Yascha provided excellent support during the implementation, making the process much easier than I expected. As someone without a technical background, I found it incredibly inspiring to discover the practical applications of AI, from automating workflows to creating content. The experience gave me valuable insights and tools that I can immediately apply to grow my business."
